| at campuses not named Penn. Darn. I still have all the stuff I bought last year. Man, I was so pumped about starting a team, but I really have no time, and I don't know enough people really willing to do it. The park nearby actually has a perfect quiddtich pitch. The grassy area is enormous and dips down into an oval shape. Sigh. Darn.

| Flying over cities at night is a different experience every time. Usually I am fooled into believing the lights are really broken bits of glass shattered across an expansive black table. Last night though, as we were descending into Philadelphia, the winding roads became veins and the freeways became aortas filled with a steady flow of glittering red and white blood cells. I was reminded of the analogy in Atlas Shrugged of railroads being like that.
The sunrise was also a nice distraction from the crying baby sitting across the aisle from me.

| I hate it when you ask TAs questions and instead of giving you helpful advice, they ask you a question equally confusing in calibre. Why can't teachers and TAs just give us the answers? It's like, for an entire semester we're expected to muddle around in information and never really be sure if what we're doing is correct. Giving straight answers isn't going to hinder our learning ability. On the contrary, I'd say it would speed it up a lot because then at least we'd know for sure if we've been fudging around on the wrong path and hey, I wouldn't be surprised if the new information illuminated some other dark corners of class material we had left for refuse and decay the moment we touched it.
